4. Compliance with the Localization Requirement (152-FZ amendments effective 01.07.2025)

5. Support Inquiries and Payments
5.1. Communication with the Administration takes place through external services (Telegram, Discord, VK, e-mail). Information provided by a User on their own initiative is used solely to respond to the specific inquiry, is not entered into any database and is not stored systematically.
5.2. Order placement and payment are carried out on the side of external payment systems (Digiseller / oplata.info and others), which are independent personal-data operators. The Administration does not receive, process or store payment or any other personal data of payers.
6. Cookies and Anonymized Statistics
6.1. The website uses cookies necessary for the correct operation of its pages, as well as an anonymized web-analytics service (Yandex.Metrica), which processes anonymized technical data in aggregate form and is not used to identify any individual User.
