User Agreement
The website https://crooked-arms.ru/ (hereinafter - CROOKED ARMS or the Website) is an Internet resource that provides auxiliary applications for various computer games, a personal User Profile, a platform for User communication and other sections. An auxiliary application (hereinafter - Auxiliary Application or Product) is software designed to work on a computer that provides the User with the ability to gain superiority over other players of a computer game for which this application was developed, through various auxiliary functions that affect the gameplay.
Use of the Website or Auxiliary Application is possible only on the terms set forth in these User and License Agreements. If you do not agree with its terms, you should immediately stop using the Website and Auxiliary Application. Use of the Website or Auxiliary Application means that you agree to the terms of these License and User Agreements.
Terms and Definitions
Website — an Internet resource located on the Internet at https://crooked-arms.ru/. Depending on the context, the Website also means the Website software, design (graphic design) of the Website, Website Database, any of its sections and subsections, as well as information posted on the Website by the Website Administration.
Website Administration — a person who owns all relevant exclusive property rights to the Website or Auxiliary Applications, including rights to the Website domain name, and administers it.
User — a person who has purchased a CROOKED ARMS Product and has completed the registration procedure, received an individual login and password, and has their own Profile. For the purposes of the User Agreement, a User is also understood as a person who has not purchased a Product but accesses the Website or Auxiliary Application and/or uses and/or has used it. Any person accessing the Website or Auxiliary Application thereby automatically confirms that they fully agree with the provisions of the User and License Agreements, and that the requirements established by these agreements apply to them.
User Profile or Profile — a special subsection of the Website where personal information about the User is located, as well as other information that only this User can post.
Information — any information, messages, data regardless of the form of their presentation, posted by the User on the Website, including: personal data of Users, links to other websites, any text messages, photographs (images), audio and/or video works, computer programs, and other files.
Database — an objective form of presentation and organization of aggregate data, systematized in such a way that these data can be found and processed using the software and hardware and technical means of the Website or Auxiliary Application.
Spam — mass, unauthorized and/or unexpected mailings and other distributions of advertising, informational, agitational or other nature.
Any terms and concepts used in the Agreement and not reflected in the "Terms and Definitions" section will be interpreted in accordance with the meaning arising from the text of the User or License Agreements. In case of any disagreements regarding the interpretation of a term and/or concept used in the User or License Agreements, the interpretation that will be determined by the Administration will apply.
Subject and General Provisions of the User and License Agreements
These User and License Agreements (hereinafter and previously - Agreement or Agreements) establish the rules and conditions for using the Website or Auxiliary Application. Access to the Website or Auxiliary Application, use of the Website or Auxiliary Application and/or performance of any other actions on the Website or in the Auxiliary Application by the User means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all terms of this Agreement. User registration on the Website is possible only upon confirmation by the User of acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement may be changed by the Administration at any time without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
User's Personal Data
Information about the User located in their Profile contains (may contain) their personal data. The Website Administration, when processing personal data of Users, undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect them from unauthorized access in a way not provided for by the Website or Auxiliary Application. However, it is not excluded that as a result of a failure in the operation of the Website or Auxiliary Application, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions and other circumstances, personal data of Users may become available to other persons. The User understands and agrees that they will not make claims to the Administration in connection with this, given that they make their personal data publicly available. By virtue of this Agreement, by indicating their personal data on the Website, the User unconditionally agrees:
- with the processing of personal data by the Administration;
- with other actions of the Administration in relation to such data in connection with the functioning of the Website or Auxiliary Application.
By posting their personal data on the Website, the User confirms that they do this voluntarily, and also that they voluntarily provide this Information to the Administration for processing. The Administration processes only those personal data of the User that were posted by them on the Website or processed by the Auxiliary Application. The purpose of processing personal data of Users is to compile a Database of users. Personal data of the User is processed using software and hardware and technical means. Personal data of the User is processed by the Administration during the period of their placement on the Website or in the Auxiliary Application. If personal data posted on the Website or User Profile are deleted, the Administration stops processing them. However, the Administration has the right to keep an archival copy of the above User data for an indefinite period. Processing of the User's personal data by the Administration is carried out for the purpose of functioning of the Website/Auxiliary Application and the processing itself cannot entail any negative consequences for the User. At the same time, the Administration is not responsible for the use of personal data of Users by other persons. The User undertakes not to post personal data of other persons on the Website, as well as not to use personal data of other Users in any way that does not comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for illegal or unlawful purposes, for the purpose of extracting benefits and any other purposes that do not correspond to the purposes of creating the Website or Auxiliary Application.
License Agreement for Use of CROOKED ARMS Product
The User undertakes not to distribute the CROOKED ARMS Product on the Internet or in any other place where digital information can be stored.
As a condition of use, the User undertakes not to use the CROOKED ARMS Product for any purposes that are illegal or violate the Agreement.
The User does not have the right to reverse, analyze, modify, etc. the CROOKED ARMS Product, as well as transfer their authorization data (login and password) and resell the CROOKED ARMS Product to third parties.
To prevent the distribution of the Product on the Internet, CROOKED ARMS uses binding of the Product to a computer, which makes it impossible to launch the Product on other or several computers. The Product will work only on the computer on which it was first launched. (Within this paragraph: replacement of any internal devices of the computer is equivalent to launching the Product on another computer)
Any violation of the rules is punishable by infinite blocking of the subscription or any other method of punishment without violating the terms of the Agreement and the rights of the User.
CROOKED ARMS Administration has the right to store and process confidential information of the user: computer name, IP address and any other possible information about the User that is not the User's personal data (such as passwords and files on the User's computer), but may be Personal data of such (determined by the terms of this Agreement).
All possible consequences of using Auxiliary Applications are taken by the User. The Administration is not responsible for any possible consequences of using Auxiliary Applications.
The User gives consent to send anonymous statistics in order to improve the quality of the CROOKED ARMS Product.
All rights to modify and distribute the Product belong to CROOKED ARMS.
